How to Order
- Use the Check out
next to purchase for
US orders. It's safe, fast and secure. It takes most Credit cards
and your own PayPal account! Please make sure you double-check the
sizing
of your items as well.
- To
place an order out of the US, copy and paste the description of the
item(s) of interest onto an e-mail with a subject line of "Order" and
send it to us. To copy and paste a description, highlight the item with
your cursor, select 'Copy' under the 'Edit' option of your browser,
return to this page or the main page, click "E-mail
Us" and paste it on
your e-mail using the 'Paste' option under 'Edit.' PLEASE,
DO NOT SEND
DOWNLOAD
FILES. Do
to Virus invasions, descriptions will suffice! The shipping will be be
added and a payment invoice will be sent for check out!
- Packages will be sent the same day
or no latter than the next to assure
fast delivery! We ship Priority mail and offer FedEx,
Airborne, and UPS upon request with extra shipping charges. If you have
an account number for these
shipping services, please leave them on your order or check out. During
the Holidays, We like to insure packages, and please expect a delay in
delivery due to high shipping volume!
Holds
- Because I have a
walk-in
Boutique in addition to this web page, items will be held for NO MORE THAN SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS from the
date of request of intent of purchase for checks
and money orders only. (Request of
interest only is NOT considered a hold!)
The order of purchase must be concrete and concluded within the seven days
of holding. It usually takes no more
than three days to receive money from ANYWHERE in the continental
United States.
- In other
words, please send
your money within 48 hours of confirmation so we may be
able to send out your item within the
seven days. If you do not intend to follow through with
the purchase, please have the courtesy to let us know so that we can
take the item off hold.
Payment Information
- Credit Cards: We
accept
Visa and Mastercard , Discover or debit cards. You can
e-mail us the card number, expiration date and sec. number with billing
and shipping address
upon receipt of confirmation from us. We will e-mail you with a
confirmation and send a receipt with the purchase. (You may
split the number
into two separate e-mail for security if you wish)
- PayPal
payments can be made through HollyVogue@aol.com. Items
will be sent upon
receipt. I will send PayPal
invoice at your request! You can also pay
with your CC through PayPal without having an account!
Here's how this easier checkout
works: - Customers
enter their name and shipping address.
- They're
prompted for their credit card, email address, and
phone number.
- (Optional)
After reviewing their information, they may
choose to
save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future
transactions faster.
- Money orders or traveler's
checks:
Items will be sent upon receipt of a money order or traveler's check.
- Personal checks:
Personal checks must be made out to Lora Jabot. Checks are not cash --
they are IOUs. Checks must allow roughly seven to ten business days to
clear before items can be sent out. Depending on location, please allow
fifteen days to receive order from receipt of a personal check.

Shipping
- Items
will be sent via U.S. Priority Mail, depending on weight
and location
within the continental U.S. We also send FedEx, Airborne, and
UPS
upon request. Due to the
increase
of postage, please wait for total charges before sending assumed payment. Priority signature extra . If
you are not in the continental U.S. please notify us so that
we
can adjust the shipping costs. International orders are at their own
risk
for delivery without insurance and signatures. Please be prepared to
pay
extra and a longer wait for protected items.
- PLEASE
DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM
US! We
check our mail at least twice a day, so you can expect a confirmation
from
us within a few hours following your request. If an item has more than
one
request we will answer in order of request.
Returns
- Items may only be
returned for
Jabot's
ON-LINE CREDIT ONLY, and must be post dated within 72 hours from
the time of receipt. Any returned items postmarked
after 72 hours after receipt will not be accepted. Items must be
returned
in the same condition and with the tags still attached so we can get
it back to the rack! Sale items are final, no returns. On line credit
is good for one year from date of return. If you insist on a refund,
there
will be a $10.00 "Charge Back" and restocking fee for sales under
$50.00
and a $20.00 charge for over $50.00. No refunds over $100.00. Please be
